Description: An R package to analize the topology of rice panicles. The topology of African and Asian rice panicles changed when they were domesticated, adapting to farmer’s needs. Panicle topology can be detected and measured with a software from IRD, named P-trap, the R package ptrapr, parses and analyzes the output of P-trap.

Description: An R packages to compare expression of orthologues across closely related species. Closely related species can reveal how convergent traits, such as C4 photosynthesis, are evolved. This R packages allows to inspect the expression of orthology groups between two species, and to identify the groups that are expressed in different patterns.
